Reduction Gear Box / Gear Reducer
We manufacture and export different range of the reduction gear box and gear reducer that are widely used in the different industries. Specification of the reduction and gear reducer are as follows:

Casings : Steel fabricated duly stress relieved or cast iron, inoculated for grain refinement to prevent seepage of oil.

Gearing : The gear and pinions are double helical designed to obtain gradual application of load on each teeth to limit specific friction and to give the tooth base a good stiffness. The teeth cutting is done maintaining span measurement over teeth the pinions are integral or alloy steel shells shrink fitted onto forged shafts.
 
Lubrication : Lubrication lines to bearings and oil splash line onto gears are provided. External lubrication unit comprising of gear pump, filters, heat exchanger can also be supplied.
